“Projek Bursa Saham” is a project spearheaded by the Ministry of Finance and Economy to establish the first national securities exchange in Brunei Darussalam.

Bursa Brunei Darussalam (BNX) is a company incorporated to develop and establish the national securities exchange. It is overseen and guided by a steering Committee comprising of representatives from the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) and other key government agencies.

BNX is developing the exchange to give the economy a new engine for growth and to give everyday citizens a new, secure path to investing.

The securities exchange is currently in development. BNX is working towards developing the exchange infrastructure, processes, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements to operate as a fully licensed securities exchange.

Currently the exchange is NOT yet operational.

BNX is not offering any investment services, and we do not accept funds from the public.

Any individual or group claiming to represent BNX, or offering investment opportunities in our name, is fraudulent. Please do not engage with them or provide any personal or financial information.

Once Bursa Brunei Darussalam obtains a market operator licence, it will be regulated by the Brunei  Darussalam Central Bank, this will ensure Bursa Brunei Darussalam will  operate with integrity, transparency, and robust investor protection so as to be a safe place to trade on.

Bursa Brunei Darussalam will be the national securities exchange in Brunei and will enable domestic investment opportunities. Certain trading features may differ from other markets to ensure safety and compliance with the country’s regulations.

Over time, the exchange plans to expand its range of investment products.
